What will you be learning?
This programme is designed to meet the standards set by the industry in order for you to become an Accountant. The Apprenticeship in Accountancy consists of the following components:
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Accounting
• Functional Skills Certificates in Application of Number and Communication
• AAT Examination
• CLAIT - IT qualification
An apprenticeship allows you to combine paid employment while spending time learning as well. It is made up of different components, each one assessed in different ways:-
• A National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) which is assessed in the workplace;
• A Technical certificate which is delivered on day release; and
• Key Skills for those learners who do not already have the GCSEs at the relevant level, Key Skills will be completed alongside your NVQ
